After the collapse of the Fifth Alliance, the country had fallen into a state of civil war. Split into geographical areas run by Warlords, travel was dangerous and the ability to communicate across the country became a valuable resource. This void was filled by independent gangs who bore no allegiance to any sector and traded information for money. One of these gangs was the Licentia Motorcycle Club. Named after the Latin for freedom, disorderliness and outspokenness, the club is an all women group. Their emblem, the battered butterfly, showing that the membership has all suffered previous hardship and come through stronger than before.
